Cancelation Policy

When scheduling your appointment, please make sure you are choosing a time that works best for you. I cannot rush color appointments as I try to provide the best service possible. Depending on your hair (length, thickness, etc.) and services scheduled, appointments can range from 2-5 hours. *Please allow enough time.

Your appointment is very important to me and I ask that you give at least 48 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule. 

Should you cancel your appointment with 24 hours’ notice or less, a 50% cancelation fee will be applied to the card on fire or required in order to book a future appointment. A 100% charge will be applied to all no-shows.

Sometimes life happens and unavoidable situations arise. In the event of an emergency, I will do my best to work with you with a necessary schedule adjustment.

Late Policy

I understand that sometimes we cannot control traffic, getting kids out of the house on time or your coffee shop taking a bit longer on your order. 

When we schedule an appointment, I make sure to book a 10-minute buffer because I know things happen. If you are running any later than 10 minutes, we may need to adjust to a smaller service in order for me to run on time for my other appointments or your appointment may need to be rescheduled entirely.

Refunds + Service Adjustments

Refunds are not offered on services. I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I am happy to correct the issue. 

If the client wants additional services that weren’t discussed in the consultation then this would be an additional appointment and may come with additional fees.
